Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we only approve returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged or defective due to production or shipping issues

  • You received the wrong item, size, or color, or your package was incomplete

2. How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

  • Clear photo(s) or a short video showing the product issue and shipping label

📝 For issues related to printing size or design misalignment, include a ruler or tape measure in the photo.

Once your request is verified, we’ll process a free replacement. In most cases, you won’t be asked to return the defective product.
